My wife and I are both happy with our new Casper. It has solved both our back pain and shoulder discomfort. It is soft for the shoulders yet very supportive for our backs. My only complaint is that it sleeps a little warmer than our previous mattress. Getting too warm at night has always been a problem for me. No problem for my spouse. All in all, we are very happy and much more comfortable in the morning.

After giving the Casper a trial, I was unfortunately disappointed in how it worked out for me. Even after nearly three months it was very stiff and I often woke feeling like my ribs were bruised. I am sure a mattress topper would have helped but I don't think that should ever be required on a new mattress.
