Shipping was a breeze, unwrapping was an experience. Our UPS driver laughed and warned us once we unwrap the mattress pure perfection. I would highly recommend the casper mattress to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this mattress hoping it would help my shoulder and hip pain as I am a side sleeper with a history of back issues. My hip pain is gone. My shoulder pain remains but that is really no fault of the mattress. The mattresss Is not as soft as I had hoped, but it is very supportive. It seems t be temperature neutral which is a big plus.

Ordered the essential, couldn't believe how fast it arrived. Slept straight through the night, and it was the first morning I woke up in years without pain in my hips, shoulders, or back. Already recommended to a friend.
