Sleeping Great!!!

I love my Casper mattress!

I tested out the original one with springs in the store, but since they didn’t have it in stock and I needed it that day I ended up getting the regular one, and it’s great! I was worried it would be too hard, but its the perfect balance between soft and firm! I haven’t had any back issues in the month that I’ve been sleeping on it, and overall I’m really satisfied with the purchase and I know that it will last a long time. Plus, the employees were really really nice at the store, and even let me borrow a cart to lug the box over to my new apartment!

I bought the Casper Wave hybrid to replace our 11 y/o Sealy memory foam. My wife has difficulty with how hot the mattress is, so I got the Wave hybrid. We've had it for a little over 7 months now. Our backs are killing us! It doesn't have firm enough support for us. I knew that it would take a little time to get used to it, and, my wife said that it was much cooler than our old mattress. I was more achy than our old mattress, but, I thought I'd get used to it. But, in the last month or so, things have gotten much worse. Last night we decided to sleep in our guest bedroom which has a conventional mattress. Our backs felt much better. Given how good our old Sealy was (but it was starting to wear out), I'm very disappointed in how the Casper turned out.

Shipping

I absolutely love the mattress but the shipping process was terrible. We ordered a Cali king and everything was shipped individually. The mattress in one box, the frame in another, the mattress protector in another, which is fine except they were delivered many days apart. Took a whole month to get all the pieces. We also received our bed frame with missing pieces and they had to send us another whole bed frame which took 2 weeks. Again, love the mattress, just the whole shipping process almost made it not worth it.
