[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I moved and had room to upgrade the size of my mattress. I've been happy with my previous Casper and I'm happy with my new one. If I have to buy another mattress any time soon, I'll probably get another Casper.

High expectations dashed

We have purchased several mattresses over the years and this is the second worst purchase ever made. I had extremely high hopes for this mattress that we purchased a year ago. Our previous mattress was 6 years old and we needed a new one. I researched affordable mattresses for a month and this one was rated high and wasn't expensive. I really wonder if some of the reviews are real or just some people receiving a large discount or free products for reviews. When we placed this on our bed and spent the first night on it, even my spouse, who prefers firm mattresses, said it was like sleeping o a slab of concrete. Everything hurt! We put our old mattress back on the bed and placed this one on top of it. That is the only reason we are still sleeping on it and also we can't afford a new mattress until 2022. I have to climb, and I mean CLIMB, into a bed that is about 3 and a half foot off the floor and only barely bearable. I am only 5 foot 1 inch tall. For someone who has early on set of arthritis with a lot of joint swelling this is the horribly painful.

Perfect blend of soft and supportive

Have not unboxed the mattress yet even though we have had in in our possession for almost a month and still have not received the mattress as promised. If you order mattress and frame standby for a long wait.

Still adjusting

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Currently still trying to adjust to the mattress - my boyfriend enjoys that he can’t feel me getting in and out of the bed and we aren’t elbowing each other all night. I am struggling with pain in my shoulders and lower back - but each day the pain seems to ease.
