I would recommend the Casper to a friend, only in a firm. This was purchased for my daughter's house and is too soft for 2 people. We have a superfine king size for our house and we love it. This is the reason we went with the Casper for our daughter.

I got my OG Cali King Casper in July 2014, I was fishing through my emails trying to get a new mattress cover because I don’t really need a new mattress…I don’t think… just a cover and new duvet. It’s still great and I’ve only ever placed it on the floor since purchase. Pondering simply ordering a new one but not switching.

After nearly 5 years had gotten quite saggy

When I first bought my Casper mattress in Dec 2016 I was in love! I would miss the mattress when I left. However, after nearly 5 years it's gotten quite uncomfortable and is causing pain for my partner and I. We have regularly rotated as Casper recommends, but now it just doesn't provide that great of support. Note that it's not "sagging," and thus I don't believe it's eligible for the 10 year warranty, but the mattress gives a lot more than it used to.
So if you're buying with the expectation to have for more than about 5 years, be wary! It's great until that point, however.

We weren't sure we were doing the 'unboxing' right, but winged it and it worked out. The Casper mattress is much better than our old mattress. We definitely recommend it for great sleep.

The Casper is the best mattress I have slept on in over 30 years. I'm a side sleeper and have 2 bad disks in my back. I sleep like a baby now. Wish I had the Casper 30 years ago. YES I would recommend the Casper!
