Unboxing experience was unusual but not difficult. It did not have a smell and expanded quickly. The Casper is more firm and more supportive than our old mattress. We would recommend this mattress to our friends. Oh, and the pillows are nice, too.

After hearing people read Ad copy on podcasts and Sirius radio for the past year or so I expected this bar none best sleep ever mattress, nope. It’s a lot more comfortable than my regular old box spring basic mattress but not as great as I thought it be

The Casper replaces a 14" memory foam mattress we purchased at Costco about 4 years ago. The Casper has about the same firmness and comfort as the old mattress, but is much easier to get on due to its lower height. If I stay on my side more than a couple of hours my hips will hurt. If the Casper was just a little bit softer it would be perfect.

The first few nights we were on the fence about the mattress. It was very firm but after about the first 3 or 4 nights we were used to it. Now after almost a month we love this mattress. It's very comfortable. We both agree that we haven't slept this good in years!
