Overall I like the mattress. Although the box was a bit beaten up upon receiving it, the contents were undamaged. The only thing negative I have to say is I wish it was about 10-20% softer. It's not a big enough issue to return it, I just like softer beds and it's not affecting sleep.

The Casper is a comfortable bed. I was seeking a firm mattress and the Casper is just about right in terms of firmness. My only disappointment was the delivery of mattress - the box was torn open and the mattress was exposed to the elements. The mattress is wrapped in plastic so there was no damage but it was protruding through the delivery box.

My experience so far is unbelievable. We have been switching mattresses for a while now and have finally settled down to this one. We love our new Casper mattress with 4 kids and no sleep the mattress makes up for all that. Great mattress .

When I got into the market for a new mattress I was very confused. My need was to move from a queen to a king bed for my one bedroom condominium. I visited the regular suspects and was ready to pull the trigger on a hybrid mattress, but the cost and noise of foam mattress manufacturers gave me pause. I decided to do more research and visited Consumer Reports where I found Casper to be one of the recommended models, so now with some education and a short list I went to two of my final three choices including the Casper pop-up store at Ponce City Market in Atlanta and spent about 45 minutes on the "The Casper" and "The Wave". I really liked "The Casper" and bought it based on my experience and with confidence that Casper has a 100 night trial. I also purchased mattress cover, pillow, sheets, duvet and duvet cover. I'm sold on the mattress, pillow (highly recommended), and mattress cover. I'm not sold on the sheets, duvet and duvet cover yet but they also have a 100 night trial and Casper has been an absolute pleasure to deal with in my experience. I highly recommend "The Casper" mattress.
