The unboxing was interesting. Once I cut the inner plastic seal, there was kind of a quiet whooshing sound and the mattress pretty much sprung to life on its own. I wasn't really sure which side of the thing was up and which was down, though; took me a little time on the site to try and figure it out.
Sitting or laying on the Casper is like nothing I had experienced before. It's kind of like sitting or laying on... nothing... and somehow being supported. It doesn't really push back, but it still holds you up and provides plenty of support. I've had it for about six weeks or so and I think it was probably money well spent. I haven't had any inclination to go back to my old worn-out spring mattress.

Packaging and delivery was great however disappointed in the mattress so far. Smaller than we expected and uncomfortable at the edges. The top cover is not fully aligned with the seams of the mattress.

Actually the best mattress ever.

Everything about this mattress is exceptional. Obviously, the thing that actually matters- the mattress- is unbelievably comfortable. I loved it from the first night.
My wife, however, was not a fan right away. I asked her to give it a couple weeks and see if she got used to a firmer mattress. After a couple weeks, she began to see the light. It's been a year now, and it was the best purchase we made in 2017 :)
Beyond the mattress, the entire buy experience was a delight. Thanks Capser team!!

At first I was a little hesitant but after laying in the bed for over 30 days it is growing on me. A few rough nights getting comfortable at first but now starting to feel the difference laying down and when I get up in the morning. Don’t have the aches and pains I used to wake up with. Worth the price!
