I had read very good reviews and the price was very reasonable comparatively. What sold me in the end was the convenient and risk-free buying and shipping process. Yes, it sleeps a bit warmer than my old spring mattress but for me that is a good thing! I love it.

Still the same after a more than year

I bought the classic casper for my son almost 2 years ago when he was 16. It has been slept and jumped on by teens, dogs and cats. After all this time it feels about the same, no trench where he usually sleeps, no change in the cushion level. By contrast, the traditional pillow top I got for myself just a few months earlier has such a deep trench and so many lumps I can't sleep on it. I'm ordering a Casper for myself.

Surprised how fast this mattress arrived. Easy to unbox an set up...puffs up to full size right away.
We had a Simmons Beauty Rest prior, and this was our first experience with a "box bed". I had slept on a mattress with a thick foam pad years ago and found it to be hot and difficult to move on.
Not so with this mattress. Very cool. In fact cooler than the Simmons. Support is excellent. Only issue is the edge support is less than we are used to, but after a few weeks we have adjusted to getting in and out. The overall bed height is less, so that may be an adjustment as well.
So far sleep has been much better. We had forgotten how important diffused support was to our well being. My hip pain and lower back issues have diminished, and we both sleep much better.
So far extremely pleased and would recommend this mattress.
