CASPER should consider selling 3 - 5 inches of nicely covered memory foam as an add-on to turn the Casper into a plush mattress. I added back my own extra layers, and now it is soft enough.

We have had the Casper for about 3 weeks now, and it is breaking in nicely and more comfortable than those first few nights. However the lack of 5 stars comes from the fact that the off-gassing of the mattress has been so bothersome, I have slept on the couch more than once. I have gone online to see if this is a common issue, and have found that yes, foam mattresses off gas and it is not pleasant to have your head in that odor. I really think Casper should consider encouraging customers to open the mattress and air it out before using for sleeping. Only now after 3 weeks is the odor only faint, but I still don't make the bed because it is not fully gone. We still have time on our trial period, so hopefully we will be completely happy with it once it doesn't smell like chemicals :(

We had the white glove service where a young woman and her assistance did all the "heavy lifting" of removing old cal king mattress, etc. They were exceptionally cordial and friendly, quickly, professionally, and efficiently brought our new frame/foundation/Casper mattress up two flights of stairs. Our first night's sleep on this foam mattress was the best thing my husband and I had done for ourselves in quite a while! We are thoroughly satisfied with this great purchase, and highly recommend the Casper to anyone wanting a wonderful sleep experience!! Thank you!:)

It was amazing!!!!! We two labs and we got the king size and we all get a good sleep. I love the fact that I can’t feel my wife move or the dogs. Would normally stay up watching tv trying to get comfy with a spring mattress but with the Casper it takes 5 mins and i’m out into dreamland. Worth every penny !!! Thinking of trying the pillows now

I have had multiple mattress in the last 5 years. I have back and neck problems along with nerve issues. We decided to try Casper because I had not been sleeping well as I could feel the pressure points from conventional mattress springs. The Casper hasn’t been perfect for me. My husband loves it. I do notice my lower back hurts less, however I’ve had lots of problems with my upper back and trying to figure out getting comfortable. For the price it’s a good deal compared to other foam mattress. Haven’t decided if this is the mattress I’ll stick with yet but we’ll see.

It was thinnr that i had expected but that has not been a problem, its great to sleep on, i guess i just imagined to be this comfortable it would need to be thicker. I aws apparently wrong. 5 stars :)

Spending this much money on a mattress that I have neither seen or laid on made me nervous but we love it. The only that would makje it any better would b if it were less expensive.
