The unpacking was easy. The mattress is awesome. Yes I would recommend it and have to my friends and family members. The only issue is see is sitting up in bed is hard the mattress wants to move. But that is nothing to the quality of sleep I am now getting.

The mattress is great, but by far the most exceptional contribution to a great night’s sleep is the adjustable frame, which allows me to raise both head and feet to sleep like an astronaut. No more flipping and flopping.

The quality of the mattress appears to be good, and the Casper pillows are great, however the mattress firmness is much more than anticipated or desired. We replaced what we felt like was a very firm and uncomfortable mattress with the Casper, only to find that the Casper although more comfortable, is extremely firm, resulting in stiff backs in the morning.We are starting our fourth week of sleeping on the Casper, and although the mattress firmness has eased up some, it is still very firm.We are considering returning the mattress since we are still within the trial period.

Casper is a decent mattress, it's comfortable but not a great buy compared to some other ones. The edge has no support and sags if you sit on it to put on your shoes or whatever. The advertising got me to order,all i can say is it serves the purpose. I sleep fine but it is not anything super special like they want you to believe. I still wonder how long this chunk of foam will last, only time will tell.
