Not good in my opinion

I've had this mattress for about a month and ever since, I wake up with back and neck pain. I regret spending so much money on this mattress

Too bad I can’t do a half star

This mattress has zero support. It’s worse than our 12 year old mattress we got rid of to get this one. It’s been 2 hot uncomfortable weeks of hardly any good sleep. But guess what..we have to wait another 2 weeks before we can start the return process. They say bc you need to break it in like new shoes. HA! It feels like it’s been broke in by a brothel room already.

Forever a Casper Customer

There is also always incredible customer service. I originally ordered a full size and decided I wanted a queen instead and the exchange was seamless and easy with the Casper team.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I currently have 3 casper mattress and I love all three, I actually switch bedrooms every week to see if I can figure out which one I like the best. I also have 1 tempurpedic and I much prefer the casper. I also have the casper sheets and they are the best sheets I have ever bought I've been using them for three years and they are fabulous. It is hard to say which mattress I like the best they are all fabulous, no more back pain when I get up in the morning. Thanks Casper Bobbie Little

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I enjoyed everything from the time I received it until now. I would absolutely recommend it to a friend. I wake up now pain free and feeling refreshed. I own 3 different Caspers and 1 tempurpedic I sleep in a different bedroom everynight to see which one is the best and they are all wonderful. I also purchased the electric bases for all three and they are wonderful. Sheets are the best sheets I have purchased, had them for 3 years now and they are still holding up great, love them especially the new light weight sheets very cool.
