The shipping process was smooth and everything was delivered quickly. The packaging and booklets within the packages were a nice touch. Assembly of the steel frame and foundation was easy. The Casper Mattress is very comfortable. The pillows are nice as well.

The mattress so far is good, but it smells really bad like chemical's. It's permiated throughout my bedroom and I'm fairly certain my chest infection is from the awful chemical smell in the room. Really weird.

I did enjoy the unboxing of thr Casper mattress. However, since sleeping on the Casper mattress for the past 3 weeks. I am sorry to report that this mattress is only average compare to matresses i have slept on and they cost about half the cost of the casper. Sorry. I would not recommend the Casper matress to family and friends
