I haven't slept this well in years. No more shoulder and hip ache from side-sleeping and sleeping on my back is also a joy. Fitbit tells me I'm awake much less during the night and have more time in deep sleep.One busy day I felt the need for a 3 PM nap. Got onto the Casper, raised the head and foot, and it cradled me into the best nap ever.

I usually prefer a firm mattresses, but have had the mid-level casper for about 3 weeks and am having trouble with the firmness of this mattress. I rotate between back and side sleeping, and on the days I lie on my side, I wake up with one sided shoulder pain and occasional numbness. On days I sleep on my back, I have some soreness between my shoulder blades. This is my first time trying a non- spring mattress, and I am hoping these issues will resolve after the initial 4-6 week adjustment period. Also there is a strong plastic smell that is still present even after airing out the mattress for multiple days with the windows open, lighting candles, etc.

I bought this mattress in the hopes that it will provide some aide with my back pain. I had asked questions through the website and the customer service was amazing, it was not an automated response which i loathe but rather a real person on the other end sincerely caring about what i have to say. That is what convinced me to press the buy button. In addition, i can finally say that i do not wake up with a stiff back anymore and i feel less pain when i wake up which is a dream come true. Thank you Casper! I have my sleep back!

Sleeping on our new Casper mattress has honestly been heaven sent. My wife and I couldn’t have asked for a better bed. We are at the end of our first month and have had no problems with it whatsoever. A great quality mattress!
