I do not know if it is the beds fault or something else. I know the FAQs say to give it up to a month to get used to. It has been a little over two weeks now. I seem to wake up every night between 3 and 5 AM. This is after going to bed between 10-12 PM. It isn't due to too much sleep! I kind of feel like it is too much pressure on certain portions of my body causing me to wake up. I am hoping that my body will adjust in the next few weeks.

I have chronic back pain, but sleeping on the casper takes my back pain from a 7 to a 4. I've also never felt as rested as I do sleeping on this mattress. I rarely wake up during the night and I often times wake up in the same position I fell asleep in.

Very quick service and a website that is easy to use. The products (I bought the mid level mattress, pillows, duvet, and am about to buy the sheets) have been made with great care and high quality just as the manufacturer claims. Also, the prices were actually cheaper than the local "discount" stores which was a new feeling for me...better products at cheaper prices. Weird I know, but it is the truth!
