I absolutely LOVE my Casper bed. I tried it out at the pop up shop they have here in Atlanta after reading all the great reviews, and I knew it was the bed for me as soon as I laid down! I upgraded from my old full size bed to a king, and I couldn't be happier with my purchase. I have scoliosis so my back is usually a bit sore, and even with my old memory foam mattress topper, I wasnt getting the support that I needed. My casper mattress is comfortable, soft but not too soft, supportive but not too firm, and just all around I love it! My mom came to visit and had apparently just gone with my brother to buy a new mattress, and she was not convinced that my new foam mattress was worth what I paid (even though its less than traditional mattresses). She said I should have had her go mattress shopping with me.. that is until she slept on it that night and fell in love haha. My boyfriend was also skeptical but now he's a firm believer in Casper!!

So far so good. I bought the cloud because our old mattress was hurting my back. So far the cloud feels better, but I just want to make sure it doesn’t start hurting my back. Fingers crossed.

We will likely return for the following reasons:
1) Appearance being 2-3 inches lower than standard coil spring mattress is an aesthetic issue.
2) After 4-4.5 hours the bed is uncomfortably warm, resulting in disturbed sleep.
3) Too firm for my wife's artificial right hip. That said, she placed the 2.5" thick memory foam
mattress topper formerly on our aged coil spring on top of the Casper, eliminating the height and hip issue, but probably defeating the mattress' basic functionality. And, no doubt adding to the heat retention problem.
4) Cool sheets not available in preferable colors, and possibly not a heat solution based on above.

The mattress is great. It was comfortable starting the very first night, with no problems. The white glove service was terrific. I have ordered the foundation, though we have plenty of slats for support, it is much lower than the previous set on my four poster.

I bought this purely on the recommendation of The Dr. Laura show, I trust her opinion. I have had my Casper for two weeks now. And I can say it more than I thought it could ever be. No more back pain. No more joint pain. When I played down I don't even know when I fell asleep because it it that wonderful. This is the best mattress that I have ever owned. I sleep very comfortable on it. I am currently pregnant and it has helped to significantly reduce the amount of hip pain I was experiencing from my old mattress. I am restricted to only sleeping on my side while pregnant and it can become very uncomfortable without a supportive Mattress. Thank you Casper for making a great product!
