My husband likes it fine but sleeping has never been an issue for him. I'm trying to like it. It is very, very firm. I read the reviews and expected it to be firmer than our Comfort Aire mattress but this is really firm. I plan to give it the full 100 days before making the final determination.

Their customer service is AMAZING! A text to solve your issue or answer questions, how great. Bed is very comfortable, I run hot and it does hold a little heat but still a great nights sleep.

We love our Casper. I am pregnant at the moment and I dont sleep as well on anything else. Its amazing. We also have one in our guest bedroom and all our guests sleep really really good. It was a quick delivery and easy build up. Also I think it doesnt smell as bad as many other new mattresses. New smell was gone after 2 days.We really recommend Casper!!
