[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Comfortable and firm without being hard! Not too sure if it its keeping me too warm bc I don’t currently have a/c working, it’s been hot outside and warm in the house. But I am definitely sleeping better so am glad I purchased.

Started out okay...

The mattress was comfortable initially, but after almost a couple years I can't even sleep on it due to the back pain it causes me. Pressure-wise and temperature-wise, it's very comfortable, but there is no support now; it's almost like sleeping in a hammock.
