our entire experience with Casper has been easy, efficient and incredibly comfortable! from the streamlined ordering process (such straight forward pricing) + free and fast shipping to amazingly easy set-up + incredibly comfortable nights sleep...i can't say enough good things about the brand. i was a bit nervous to invest in something i had never been able to feel, but had heard so many great things from people who already have the mattresses and the 100 night trial provided reassurance. to me, the mattress feels on the firmer side when you first sit on it, but your body quickly sinks into a perfect mix of soft and supportive foam. i've never had problems sleeping through the night, but i've never had as sound of sleep as i do with the Casper mattress. it's hard to peel myself out of it in the mornings because it is so comfortable!

My first impression touching the mattress with my hand was “uh oh…this is way too soft”. But laying on it…totally different. Very firm yet soft on top, so no pressure points. LOVE sleeping on it with no more backaches in the morning! I have bought 2 (full size and king), love both. The reason for the minus 1 star is: bought the mattress cover for each one, and both are way too big (by 3” in each direction) which makes huge, uncomfortable wrinkles under the sheet. After washing, it shrunk a tiny bit, but still not enough. Not happy with that. Otherwise, LOVE sleeping on the mattress.

Much better than the mattress I paid 3 times the amount for that was made for an adjustable bed. There is no smell which is great for people with allergies.
