This thing is too firm for me. I'm a little heavy and it just don't work for me. I can't help but fuss that I'm stuck on it and clearly not sleeping good. Try a bed topper with it. Like an extra inch would break them. It does seem a little decently supportive at least and deserving of my rating.

Because of having to wait for someone to remove old mattress & set up Casper in guest room, it has not been in use for long. One guest who used it for a week said it was “o”kay,” but she felt like she was being drawn to the middle of the bed. I have slept in it a few times, and woke up with very painful backaches. Will try a few more times, but if problems persist will return it.

Firm and breathable

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My husband and I needed an upgrade from our 6-year-old queen-size spring mattress, and after reading a few review sites and hearing testimonials from trusted sources, we decided to try a king-size Casper. The foam mattress transfers less motion than our old spring mattress, which means my husband doesn't wake me up when he gets up at 5:00 AM for work. I get night sweats, so I was worried that a memory foam mattress would retain heat and make me even sweatier. I'm glad to say that Casper's claim to breathability rings true, and so far I'm sleeping comfortably. The mattress is very firm; I prefer a softer mattress, so I had some discomfort early on as I got used to it. My husband loves a firm mattress, so he is very happy. I also anticipate that the mattress will lose some firmness over time, so I think I will be glad that it started off this firm. Overall, I would recommend this mattress.

I have had the same box spring mattress for 12 years. Finally decided it was time for a new one. I spent around 3 months looking at he different mattresses and the Casper caught my eye. It has been by far the most comfy mattress I have ever slept on. I even bought the whole set and couldn’t be happier.
