Jury’s still out on comfort (only slept on it 2 nights). Ordered 2 queen size beds for my guest rooms. Platform frame was easy to set up. Damaged rail was replaced very quickly. Unfortunately both mattresses had dirty smudges on them. Looks like someone needed to wash their hands before handling the mattress. Would have liked Mattress to be pristine. It crossed my mind that they might have been used/returned. Quality control could be better.

Firm yet soft

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After researching for over a year the Casper mattress, reading consumer reports articles on the best mattresses where they rated Casper #1 in its category and then sleeping on my sisters Casper mattress, we finally bought the King size mattress and it’s AWESOME. It’s firm yet soft and I’m finally sleeping through the night. No more back or hip pain. We’ve been sleeping on it for about a month now and it’s divine. I can’t wait to crawl into bed every night.

We first slept on a Casper while visiting our son. He'd had one for a year or so, recommended it, and we just kind of laid on it and didn't really have a desire to buy one. We liked our mattress, felt we were getting good support. When we visited tho, we slept on his mattress and he took the couch. What a difference to actually sleep on the Casper, not just lay down for a few minutes. I have never had a more comfortable sleep in my life! When we got home and back to our old mattress (which we realized was at least 10 years old) the aches and pains when getting up returned.
3 days later I ordered my Casper and have been blissfully sleeping on it ever since. Love this mattress!

Huge Mattress Upgrade

Near perfect

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very breathable, cozy, and wonderful at not transferring the movement of your partner. It's perfect for myself (5'8" 125 lbs) but my fiancé sinks into the mattress a little too much (6'2" 185 lbs). It could be a tad bit more firm. Or maybe the level firmness could be personalized when you place an order? That would be a great next step for this company!

Decent mattress, good for guest room.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This mattress is a little too firm for this side sleeper. For reference, I’m 5’2” and 100 lbs. It’s fine for a guest room, but for side sleepers or anyone with back issues or arthritis you may need to add a memory foam or latex mattress topper or choose another mattress. The Casper is rather uncomfortable on pressure points like shoulders and hips. It’s better than the TN I returned, but not as comfortable as another online mattress I own.

Great mattress for a bumpy road.

The mattress was easy to unbox and set up. We are long haul truck drivers and we team, so one of us is sleeping while the other drives. The Casper isolates a lot of road bumps. We both sleep better because of it. We just ordered a split king for our home, because we like the one in the truck so well. Thank you for such fine products. I haven't had time to set up the adjustable frame yet, so I can't comment on that yet, but I bet it's going to be a snap.
