[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It had been nearly 20 years since I'd bought a new mattress, and the old one had never been all that comfortable in the first place. I knew mattresses had changed a bit but ordering one online seemed risky. Still, I'd read and heard enough good things about Casper that I finally went ahead and ordered The Original. Now I'm wondering what took me so long and knowing I'd have slept better if it had been around 20 years ago!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The feel of the mattress is great, the down side is that after 3 mattresses I still don’t have what I paid for. Everyone that I have gotten has been flawed, the last one is two inches shorter on one side, none have been the dimensions that are necessary for the size ordered. Customer service was great and got replacement sent out but none had any quality control. Unfortunately I’m very disappointed and will not purchase from again.

Hills and valley's

So this mattress started out very soft and has since developed huge valley's that have made it impossible to sleep comfortably I personally wouldn't recommend it unless you are sleeping alone. After about 3 months of owning it, I haven't had a comfortable night sleep and I am currently looking for a different mattress worth buying

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had really high hopes for this mattress but unfortunately it's just way too firm for me. I'm a side sleeper and I still wake up with burning pain in my hips and shoulders. This mattress does not conform to my body and I cannot feel it give much under my weight. I actually had to go out and buy a memory foam topper for the mattress which helped a bit. I've been sleeping on this mattress for over a month now and it never did break in as they say it should. I'm considering returning it.
