I wake up everyday with a sore back and waist

This mattress is terrible for me. I'm 32 years old female with a BMI 21, healthy and sportive and everyday I wake up with a sore back and waist. At the beginning it was still tolerable and we didn't want to go through the trouble to return it but after several months this is just getting worse and worse. The mattress doesn't offer enough support and it is too soft, even for a person who is slim. Stay away from this one.

Too firm, too much hip support

Not as good as previous models

We purchased the Wave mattress in 2018 and loved it. We decided to get a bigger mattress and went with another Casper, this time the 2021 Wave Hybrid. I wanted to make this mattress work but after 6 months we have decided that this is a terrible mattress. We are waking up sore daily and the only change has been the mattress.
