I am really frustrated with this purchase. My dog has used this bed infrequently since I purchased it 2 years ago, and the cover has pilled all over and did not hold up over time. While the inner mattress is fine, the cover is not. The cover is poor quality. Once you're out of a year warranty, your only option is to purchase an expensive replacement cover. This is unacceptable quality for a dog bed at this price point. I've owned many cheaper alternatives that have last twice this long. I would not purchase again, nor would I purchase any other Casper products if this is indicative of the quality.

We have a 4 month old Siberian Husky. We purchased this bed for her as a way to get her out of our bed. She loved it from Day 1. We have tried other beds, but they were either too hot or to squishy or to flat. We are thrilled with our purchase and so is she. When we can't find her in the house, she is found laid out in her Casper bed. It seems very durable, very soft, and cooling for her. She is able to sleep through the night without any issues and usually we have to wake her up in the morning. Love this bed - so happy with the purchase - worth every penny!!!

This is the only bed my dog has ever chosen to sleep in (besides mine). Now it is his preferred sleeping spot. He kicks a lot in his sleep and it seems he has kicked right through the protective cover. I wanted to replace the cover but the cost is > half the price of a new bed. Guess I will try sewing it...

My dogs both love this bed so much! They are pretty picky and like to "burrow" so they love that they can dig in and move the bedding around. One of them had an accident on the bed and it was so easy to wash. This bed is definitely worth the money! We will be buying another to keep in a different room.

The dog bed is great, but for puppies who make accidents, spraying anti urine smell and constantly rewashing is sort of a hassle since the pillows come in different parts. That means unzipping and putting back and forth has been a hassle, but other than that temperature also a thing for my pup. It kinda prefers the floor since it's colder, so maybe material wise it could be improved?
