I have a 7 year old female Dutch Shepherd who weighs about 85 lbs. Her old bed was ok, but I noticed her always fussing to find the right postion and usually trying to eventually steal the couch instead. That's all in the past now. It is on the more expensive side of dog beds on the market, but if you can afford it, I think it's worth it. It's an investment in my dogs happiness and health. No more fussing. Just premium support and a great design for my side sleeper. She's a happy girl. Thanks Casper

We've gone through many bed iterations, and held off on the Casper bed because it felt pricey. But we took the plunge and haven't looked back! Wizard is a mini Aussie, and a bit rotund right now, so was debating getting the Medium bed, but I'm glad I got the small. He fits right in and mostly sleeps in a curled up ball position, so he's nestled comfortably with a little room to spare. Medium would have been too big. (If your dog is the type that likes to stretch out all over the place, maybe go for the medium. )
The best part about the bed is how it provides gentle structure/bolsters around the edges, which also are a useful chinrest! My dog usually has to be shown something before he understands it's his, but as soon as I put this down, he walked over to it, stepped in, and was instantly asleep.
I've also enjoyed watching him scratch and "dig" the bed, which was a nice detail the designers at Casper added. He does this sometimes quite vigorously, but the fabric is hardy and made to withstand it.
I'm also relieved that I can remove the cover and wash it.. especially after we had a recent bout of doggy diarrhea!

Remi loves his Casper. I was really worried at first but he lays in it every day. He get so upset when I have to clean it. It’s super comfortable and easy to wash. My only complaint is that the liners inside are poor quality so you have to be careful with them but Remi digs at his bed and the fabric has held up so well.

Buddy loves his new Casper Bed! In the past, with other beds...he would sleep part of the night in his bed, and part of the night he'd be laying on the floor. Ever since we got the Casper for him, he sleeps the entire night in his bed. Sometimes he likes to curl up against the edges and rest his head on the bolster. Other times, he'll just kind of plop down in the bed. Buddy is a 12.5 year-old, 20 lbs, Shih Tzu. He's still pretty healthy and active, but we thought it would be good to get him a more supportive bed as he is entering his senior years. The only thing that would make this bed better (especially for smaller dogs), is if there was one side/section open for him to climb in. As it as, the 4 walls of the bed are a little high, so it takes a little bit of effort to climb into the bed. I can only imagine it's even harder for smaller/shorter dogs.
