Disappointed in the quality change in the new mattress

Verified Purchase:Yes
We bought a Casper dog bed for our pup exactly one year ago and it has held up so well the past year through washes and daily snoozes, so we decided to get an identical one in the same size so we didn't have to carry the large bed from room to room as often. The new bed that came has the same cover, but the mattress inside is definitely not the same material or quality as the one we purchased last year. The new mattress is lighter, compresses significantly more when weight is added, and doesn't offer the same quality support as the first. I'm so disappointed that the quality has changed in such a short time.

Great bed

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this dog bed. My dog loves this dog bed. I am very happy with this purchase. Set up was easy, the bed is a perfect size. Not too small but not too big. It is easy to move the bed from room to room. I recommend this bed.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our Saluki is very selective. This is the first bed that he doesn’t try to destroy, or just ignores. He loves it and it s his favorite place. In the house and outside on the patio.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My dog used to whine when I put him to bed, now he happily jumps in and sleeps through the night. I’m so jealous I may get a Casper bed now!

Fair

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Fair. Expected more quality on the foam given its expense and high-end mattress company.
