I purchased the Casper after Jake was attacked by a neighbors German Shepard. I’m grateful he survived and is able to stand & walk again. He’s still in recovery period.
Jakes my PTSD dog and is retired therapy dog formerly visiting hospice & hospitals.
Jake sleeps on belly with legs back (especially when hot on cool surface), or on side sometimes when in his bed & often on back with legs up.. He rotates resting/sleeping place & positions during the night & day.
The new Casper bed hasn’t become one of his go to favorite places to sleep yet. He chose it once on his own since receiving it a couple weeks ago. This happened with last new bed a year ago and has recently started using it more but it’s too small for how he likes to sleep unless it’s quite cold. His favorite is old torn up flattened bed over 7 years old. Wanted Casper as fresh new bed for his recovery comfort but not sure he’s up for the change yet. I’ve moved the bed to 4 different locations he prefers to encourage him to use the new bed. I chose the medium size because he likes to sprawl out. He likes to sleep under satee in corner sometimes (like his den) so I put a padded quilt under the satee. Not sure how to rate the Casper bed yet.
The Casper cover is very well made and am impressed with cute packaging and instructions that brought smiles.

Could use some improvements

Love the bed, nice thick foam which prevents my boy from touching the ground. He's a 12 year old bulldog who is a little slow to get up and rickety so it's good on his joints. He tends to like beds with high walls so he can nestle up against them. However, these walls are not that high and frequently roll over flat on its side which I have to constantly open the bottom and adjust. The actual material has been like pilling with fabric balls which gets all over him. Fix the walls from falling over and make them a little higher and this would be an even better bed.
Easy to assemble & wash. Zeke sleeps on our bed with us, but he loves to chill and take naps on his Casper bed, especially when looking at the squirrels out the window. The bed also looks great - better than other dog beds, so it'll fit right in with however you've decorated the room.
We have a senior pup who is a husky mix and has some old lady hip problems (13 yrs young). She had previously been getting up a few times a night and asking to go outside (where it is cooler) probably because she was hot or uncomfortable. We have had our Casper for a little over a week and within the first day or 2 she was sleeping almost through the entire night!!!!! She has only gotten up one or two nights since receiving the bed. She also loves to sleep on her new Casper throughout the day instead of on our memory foam king size bed, which is a real testament for this product! She isn’t as slow to get out of the bed like she was with her old bed. It’s worth the $$ for our ol girl to have some restful and painless sleep and the product is awesome quality. Plenty big for our fluff butt and super duper easy to put together... took all of 2 min. I’m trying to convince my wife to let us get a smaller one for our cat now! ;)

This Bed is Built Tough

I think this bed is built to last. Only problem is, we have had it a week and I don't think my shepherd likes it at all. He will lay on it for a short time if I make him but will get back up when I am not looking. I will continue to try it for a few more days and let you know.
My dog has back issues and this is the only bed that helps with his issues and my dog loves it as well as I do. It is neat and never messy and easy to wash. Excellent
I can see a big difference how much he loves this new bed more than all other old beds that he had. I would love to buy him another one for our tv room but I will have to wait a while since it’s a bit pricey even though it’s worth it. If they offer me a good deal for a second bed, I’d go for it. :)
