Our 11 year old yellow lab is starting to show signs of arthritis in her back legs. Her old dog beds were fairly old and we thought she needed more support. We bought one Casper dog bed to try it out. After a couple of weeks of use, we bought her a second bed.
The bed ships in one box and is very easy to set up. The side bolsters give her support and the base section is really good for her.
We still see stiffness when she gets up, but it isn't as pronounced and doesn't last as long.
The inserts totally fill the bed without much "give" in the material.. The material has been "scratch proof" since we received the beds. The only small issue is our lab likes to "nest." Our solution was to add a blanket that she can use to create her nest.
Overall, we are very satisfied with the product and we think our yellow lab agrees.

This dog bed is better than I expected it to be. My dog absolutely loves it and I love the way it looks and the ability to wash the lining. I appreciate the dog toy it comes with, that was a nice touch and the instructions are in a news paper form which is supper cute. The sides come up to a comfortable height for my dog to rest her head on, which was important to me, and the padding doesn’t slouch to the floor when my dog lays on it. It also isn’t noisy, I read some reviews where people said it was loud when the dog moved around but I have not experienced that myself. I WANT ANOTHER ONE FOR EVERY ROOM! Seriously though.. worth the price it’s a really nice dog bed!
