We ended up buying two of these because our cat stole the first one and is obsessed with it. The dog likes it almost as much. They both really like the lip around the edge that they can use as a pillow.

Our almost 11 year old English Bulldog, Haley Grace, recently started experiencing painful joints. It simply broke our hearts! My husband and I researched and researched quality doggie beds as we had already gone through at least a dozen of the “regular” doggie beds. Once we read the story behind the Casper doggie bed, we were convinced! We read a ton of their reviews and knew we had to get one for her. She slept like an angel, all night. No tossing and turning! Bought this based on a review and recommendation from NYT Wirecutter. Luckily I got it as part of a Black Friday promotion so saved a little money on it. Very easy to assemble (part of the recommendation was easy of washing & putting back together). I bought this for my pit bull mix but the other two dogs love it too. Very pleased!

We purchased the Casper dog bed after years of buying Kirkland brand $20 dog beds that fell apart and provided no support for our pups. We have two 80+ pound Rhodesian Ridgebacks and they both fit on the large Casper dog bed, with plenty of room leftover. They sleep in the "cinnamon bun" position so they fit nicely. The bed is much larger than I expected. It is firm but plush. The bolsters and bed easily zip in and out of the cover for washing. The material is durable and yet soft. Our girls are tactile and they took to the smooth cover right away. I can tell this is going to last them a lifetime. I would wholeheartedly recommend the Casper dog bed.

My 3-year old Australian Shepherd loves her Casper bed so much that she spends more time on it than she does on mine. I find her luxuriating there when we wake up every morning. I miss having her right next to me, but I am so happy that she is so happy. I bought the large because she loves to stretch out to maximum length. It’s almost as if she’s already gone to heaven.

I like the aesthetics of this bed which is what drew me tonit initially. When I received the bed, I was surprised that the Foam material was not the same as our Casper bed. I was under the impression that the dog bed would be memory foam, the same material as the human Casper beds but it is more like a regular foam. For me that was also the allure that pepper would have a memory foam bed. I shoold have read what the materials were before I made the purchase. Still overall a modern, nice looking bed but for the price if I had known it was regular foam perhaps I wouldn’t have purchased it.
