Our Griffey (a westie) is a chewer, and he's gutted every other bed he's had--this one is standing firm! He loves the structure of it, and can push up against the sides. I love that it can easily be washed!

Charlie the beagle loves his Casper bed! Although the walls of the bed aren't super high for snuggling up against, it means that he can use any of the edges as a great pillow for his head. Haven't tried washing it yet, but it feels durable. Casper customer service was excellent, too! Now our pooch isn't jealous of our Casper mattress since he has one of his own!

Our old bed had a lumpy, unevenly stuffed mattress. Toby would start the night in the bed, but would often get up and go curl up on the couch sometime over night. Ever since the switch to the Casper bed, he has been staying the whole night in his bed and sometimes he doesn't even want to get out to eat his breakfast.

Usage:
Ingo has been using it for 6+ months.

Pros:
He loves it and hasn't tried to eat\tear it apart yet like other beds we've gotten him.
Design of the foam side pieces being all the same size makes it easy to know which one goes where.
Fabric of bed does good at keeping liquid from getting to the foam cover material and the foam itself (our bunny ZZ Hop has pee'd twice on Ingo's bed).

Food crumbs get trapped on bed due to raised sides but that's something that can't be avoided given the design and should be expected.

After washing the cover, the fabric has significant piling\fuzz issues. The dog doesn't mind it but from a consumer's perspective, it makes it feel inferior and will eventually need to be replaced from washing and not from use.

If you can get over the price, it is a great dog bed. I obviously can't speak for all dogs but the design seems to be a great one given the different positions I've seen my dog sleep on this bed. We recently had an 'accident' on it (from the bunny not the dog) and it took a couple of days for us to get around to washing it before letting Ingo use it again. Once it was washed and dried, Ingo made a bee-line to it to lay on it and sleep. He does have another bed (non-Casper) and the floor to choose from and prefers his Casper. Like I said, if you can get over the price, it's worth a try to see if your dog will like it.

We purchased our first two beds in November of 2016. The XL size is super big! After 2 years a replacement cover was needed. A little wear and tearing on edges. Also ordered a medium for our new addition to the family. The convenience of cleaning is super easy. You can break down each piece and clean very well. Thank you Casper :)

I bought 2 medium dog beds and a lg dog bed. He loves them but I wish you sold covers because he chewed 1 medium cover and 1 lg cover. The medium was a better fit for him. Might buy one for guests
