I own a 40lb husky and a 20lb pomsky, the bed had holes in it in less than a day with minimal scratching & chewing. The bed claims to be “durable” enough to withstand scratching, but I can tell you that it is not and will tear as easily as any other dog bed. If you’re on the fence about buying one of these beds or not, I can promise you that it’s just as good as any bargain pet bet. Not worth the money.
Bentley loves his Casper bed. He’s super small so even though we have the small size, he still has do a little hop to get into it (super cute). It’s also his “safe zone”. So if we’re playing with him and he thinks we’re going to catch him, he’ll sprint to the bed because “mommy and daddy can’t get me if I’m on my bed!” (Not true). I work from home office with the bed next to me. Best thing ever.

All other beds that are “durable” or “chew proof” have been destroyed by my dog within a day. This bed has lasted 2 weeks and really looks like it’s in for the long haul.
And Lexi seems to love it! She sleeps curled up or on her belly using the sides as a pillow. I’m thinking of buying one for every room in the house.
Potter really loves his new Casper! He even helped in the unboxing! I work from home and all day I look over and he is snoozing in his bed. I love the cover and that it is machine washable. I wish the bed was a tad bit bigger (he is 14 pounds and the small is rated for up to 30 pounds, but it seems a tad small). That's just my thoughts though. Potter loves it! I personally love that the sides are very sturdy. His previous beds always collapsed when he leaned against them. These stay standing up. My hope is that this bed lasts a very long time. It matches our furniture perfectly and he loves it!
My dogs absolutely love this bed and it fits snugly in their kennel and keeps them comfortable and feeling safe at night & when we need to leave them during the day. It would absolutely get five stars from me, but...
It isn't waterproof! I have a new puppy who unfortunately had an accident when left in her kennel a little too long. I thought I'd be able to remove and wash the cover and all would be well, but the urine soaked through the cover into the foam, which isn't washable. For as much money as I paid for this bed, I'm now trying everything I can think of to eliminate as much of the urine from the foam as possible without destroying it so I can keep letting her use this bed without fear of further marking her bed.
Why in the world would the cover not be waterproof? If you have a puppy or an older dog prone to accidents, either don't buy this bed or prepare to look for your own solutions to add a waterproof layer between the cover and the foam.
