My dog refuses to sleep on it. I have tried for weeks and now am trying to return it, it is so weird but she won’t have anything to do with. I have never had an issue with her and a new dog bed. I wanted this to be her last bed ever.

We have an 8 year old greyhound. I was looking for an orthopedic type bed and was not finding anything that would work for him. I bought the Casper dog bed after we humans bought a mattress. Best money I’ve spent on Xander. The sides of the dog mattress are forgiving but also raised - they hold up to a head laying on them or Xander curling up against them. It’s the perfect size for either a total splay or a curl-up and he definitely likes the options the sides provide. We couldn’t be happier with it.

After adopting a large adult yellow lab, with a history of sleeping in the prior owners bed, I knew our new dog would need his own bed. I was seeking a high quality bed and the design of the Casper dog bed lives up to it's claims of being carefully considered and suited to natural dog behavior. Our dog knew instantly that this was his new spot and he sleeps soundly there through the nights, never choosing any other spot. We have had the bed for about 3 months and it's holding up well; we have machine washed and dried the cover a couple of times. We are very happy with the bed and bought a second one for another residence. The relatively high cost of the bed did give us pause for both purchases, but we went with the quality product in the end.

Zubi is A 16 year-old corgi. He moves around a lot in his sleep. This is a very good bed for him because he can’t fall out as he does on beds that are just pillows or sofa style. So he is safe and secure in his nest, but he can also stretch out and run in his sleep as he often does without falling off the bed. He also cannot get into an awkward position that will cause him aches and pains when he wakes up.

This bed is very well constructed and easy to put together. The cover is quite strong. After a thorough review of beds, we found it to be an excellent value. Having said that, I think you would have a market for just a plain mattress without side bolsters. Also, an optional fake lambswool top on the cover would be nice. Most dogs love lambswool for some reason. The huge surprise treat was your soft frisbee. Zeus is wild over that frisbee! Thank you for the surprise gift. Overall, this bed is a winner. It seems extremely durable, is easy to vacuum, and fur doesn’t stick to it.
One tip, though—the mattress is 7” measured at the bolster. The center mattress is only 4” thick. However, it is very firm and comfortable. Thanks for a great dog bed.

I actually bought 2 - 1 small and 1 medium . I have 2 older dogs and was concerned with the lack of padding/support in their beds. They both love their Casper beds. I tossed the others out - My Oldies but Goodies deserve the same support we get.
