Best dog bed ever

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My dog absolutely loves it! He stood by, watching us put it together, somehow knowing it was for him. The moment we laid it down, he got right in. He has never really loved any other beds, but he now won’t even get in bed with us cause he prefers his bed. It makes me very happy. It took forever to get it, but in the end it was worth the wait.

Huskies love Casper dog beds

My Chihuahua LOVES THIS

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] my 10lb chihuahua absolutely loves this bed!!! she used to sleep in our bed and wake us up in the middle of night, but now she sleeps only in her own bed because it’s more comfortable. now everyone sleeps through the night :) would definitely recommend even for small dogs.

Very Disappointed

We have had two Casper dog beds in the past, and were pleased with both the neat appearance and acceptance by our dog. When we decided to obtain another bed, we chose Casper, of course.
The insert that we received is NOT the same insert as the older mattresses: softer, thinner, and when stuffed into the cover, the overall appearance is sloppy: the cover fit is no longer taut.
AND: our pooch, who adopted the older version immediately, tried is once and has since refused to get into this bed. Too bouncy.
Why did you make the change? Is it possible to return this soft insert for an older style replacement?
Disappointed!!!
