[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This bed is perfect for my pup who is aging with arthritis. It provides enough support to make her comfortable and allows her to get up and down easier. I have almost bought one for each room at this point.

Looks good but took time for dog to agree

Bought two (don't ask) medium beds for our 30lb mutt. At first she didn't like them - we think because very firm compared to prior beds. We were rather worried, having spent so much, so we added a "sheepskin" crate filler to each (just the inside area), and BINGO! problem solved. A bonus here is that the sheepskin will be really easy to toss in the wash.

Horrible Quality. Pilling Fabric!

Horrible quality. The cover is pilling after one wash. I received this item today and decided to wash the cover before giving it to my dog, as it had a chemical smell to it. I followed the instructions, cold water and gentle cycle. It says to tumble dry low and I did tumble dry extra low. I pulled the cover out and immediately noticed the pilling of the fabric. I've had this bed for a few hours, my dog hasn't even use it and it looks old! I bought this very expensive bed to replace a bed that looks old and used. Also, how are you supposed to return a bed that is memory foam? Once you open the vacuum seal, you cannot get this bed back into the box!

Casper bed brings relief to Senior Chihuahua
