I bought this bed for my 4 dogs (all under 15 lbs) but every time I passed by, one of my cats was sprawled out on their back, snoozing. I ended up moving it higher so they now have exclusive use of it. The dogs have several orher bed options. I didn’t know Casper made animal beds until I saw a pic of Bert the Pomeranian on Instagram loving his new bed. Ordered it immediately & so happy I did. Beautifully made & very nice looking. Good value as I am sure it will last a very long time. Thanks, Casper!!
It's taken my dog a week, but he's finally picked the Casper bed over his old memory foam bed. He LOVES digging in the bed which I let him do because Casper says the bed can withstand it. He really seems to like it and looks happy in it. The thing that the bed is missing is a bolster (the photos make it look like it has some type of bolster around the bed, but it is really pretty flat). If my dog had to choose, I think he'd definitely prefer a bolster. I, however, prefer the clean look of this bed and as long as he's picking this one over his old one, will stick with it.
Listen, you will not find reviews from me in any company or forum; but I must say that since I bought the bed for my dog, he is so happy and you can see how confy he feels. I thank Casper for designing a bed thinking about our best friends. It is amazing !
My dog doesn’t like the mattress for some reason. She’ll jump up onto pretty much any piece of furniture and has taken immediately to every other dog bed I’ve gotten her, but won’t lie on the Casper dog mattress more than one minute. She’s 13 with spinal arthritis, so I am quite disappointed I spent so much money on a dog bed she doesn’t use.
We just purchased 2 new Casper Dog beds to replace several beds in a recent move. First, they look great. Let's face it, dog beds in a room are not exactly designer, but this one has nice structure and looks neat and clean. The fact that it can all be washed is also impressive. Our older dog had significant arthritis, and often moves around at night trying to get comfortable. Since we got the Casper bed, she sleeps the whole night through on it with minimal repositioning. She also seems to be less stiff in the morning. She is a little over 60 lbs and likes to stretch out, so the large was perfect for her. We got the medium for our other pup...they are the same weight, but Emma likes to curl up in a ball so the smaller size was more cozy. They are able to scratch and den into the bed, but the durable cover shows no sign of tearing. They are well worth the investment, and I highly recommend!
Miles Loves his bed, and is no longer concerned with sleeping in our bed every night, or when it's stormy outside. It's everything I could have asked for.
We are thinking about getting more for the other rooms in the house, so he can sit, nap, and chill wherever he wants.

I set up the new bed and put it where the old bed used to be. I moved the old bed off to the side in a place I thought my dog wouldn’t like it. Dog kept using the old bed.. so I moved the old bed out to the garage to force him using the new bed. Strange but he rufuses to lay in the new bed and would rather lay on floor than use it. Unfortunately I will be returning it.. total disappointment.
