Function more important than looks

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This microwave oven combo came with my new house. It has dark black glass front which I suppose looks nice but you can't see through it, either in the oven with light on or in microwave. This is pretty annoying that you can't see if something is boiling or bubbling in the microwave or if cookies/cakes are rising in oven.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
