[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It took 14 months to get our new appliance. .I'm not happy that was no oh I'm sorry it took this long. Or here is a expanded warranty since you had to wait 14 months. I got nothing. I am not recommending your brand to any of our friends.
Pros: Quality Construction
Cons: Difficult To Clean

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We got this oven and microwave a few weeks ago. I’ve had a lot of trouble trying to get a manual to figure out how to use it!!! So many features but no directions on how to use it. Why do we always have to go on line to find things?? Why can’t we just get a nice paper manual with the oven??
Pros: Convenient, Attractive Design
Cons: Hard To Use

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After waiting for half a year to recieve our order for our JennAir appliances it is a bit disappointing. The door to the oven clanks and rattles when shut. Sounds cheap and less than quality. Not what I would expect from a JennAir appliance.
Cons: Flimsy Construction, Unstable

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I ordered this one and half years ago. It took that long It is not the same style I ordered. I am so upset that I waited thus long and it does not look like the one I ordered at all. For the price I paid for this it is extremely frustrating

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Nice oven, it will take some time to adjust to convection cooking. The microwave door needs to be replaced. Some issues with improper sealing and hindge issues
