[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The oven works fine. The microwave is another issue. The door opens slightly and the oven stops. I cannot use the grilled tray twice in a row. The oven will simply not start for the second usage.

The microwave door has two dents on the front where the hinges are. We replaced it and have the same issue.
The microwave takes a long time to warm food up in comparison to other microwaves.
