[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The oven works fine. The microwave is another issue. The door opens slightly and the oven stops. I cannot use the grilled tray twice in a row. The oven will simply not start for the second usage.

The microwave door has two dents on the front where the hinges are. We replaced it and have the same issue.
The microwave takes a long time to warm food up in comparison to other microwaves.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought our new home and this microwave with oven was already in this new home, but after one year, the light of the microwave doesn’t work, so I am disappointed, my husband looked in internet about how to change the light but he couldn’t find information. I like very much this unit, is elegant, modern, with many things, but not light. I would recommended this product if the light wouldn’t stop working after only one year, and I worried because in this house all the big appliances are Jennair.
