[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Jenn Air is the second in this line that we have purchased. The previous one was for new construction. The second was for a kitchen remodel. We enjoy the features, including the meat thermometer and the microwave/convection oven. it matches our other appliances perfectly. Jenn Air has addressed the concern we had with our previous oven, which is the sensitizity of the control panel to heat, by locating it above the microwave, further away from the lower oven. Our only complaint is that there was no owner manual provided with the oven.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Combo microwave and wall oven works great! The only thing I would change is the rotary dial for time cook. It scrolls which takes longer than if I could just punch in the time like a calculator. Takes some getting used to.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It took 14 months to get our new appliance. .I'm not happy that was no oh I'm sorry it took this long. Or here is a expanded warranty since you had to wait 14 months. I got nothing. I am not recommending your brand to any of our friends.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We got this oven and microwave a few weeks ago. I’ve had a lot of trouble trying to get a manual to figure out how to use it!!! So many features but no directions on how to use it. Why do we always have to go on line to find things?? Why can’t we just get a nice paper manual with the oven??
