Definitely worth it

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Sooooo much fun! My son loves it but honestly so does the rest of the family. It's so easy to use and makes awesome sounds. Only thing my 6 year old son doesn't like is that the edges turn so sometimes after he shoots the arrow he needs to adjust it. But it's not a big deal. Definitely worth buying. So much easier to use then the regular kids bow he had with the suction cup end.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Love this bow and arrow!

This is a very well made toy from the way the arrow solidly slides into the bow to the fun noises when releasing it is so much fun. The arrow is tipped with soft foam which is a very smart thing to do because kids will kids.

Fun for the whole family!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My girls LOVE Minecraft and this bow doesn't disappoint. They love that it makes sounds like you're shooting mobs in the game. We didn't realize it had the sound effects, so that was an awesome surprise! My only negatives would be the "string" gets twisted sometimes because of it's shape, but it's easy to put back. The arrow head is pretty solid, so it can hurt if you get hit close range.
I was surprised at how far the arrow actually shot. My husband and I also took turns shooting it, so it was fun for the whole family! We don't play Minecraft, but it was easy to nock the arrow and send it flying across the room.

Realistic and sturdy

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a great toy for any young Minecraft fan. It looks like it came straight out of the game. It is an actual working bow and arrow. The arrow doesn't travel very far when shot. Also wish it had a 2nd arrow. It was a great size for them to be able to play with

Good for Minecraft fans

Great for Minecraft lovers

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Pros: Being hit with the foam tipped arrow feels like being hit with a slightly larger nerf dart, which is to say it doesn’t really hurt. You shouldn’t aim it at eyes or toddlers, but kids ages 5+ are probably going to be fine.
The bow is designed to make sounds when you pull back on the string and release the arrow, which my 7 year old liked. What I liked is that there is an on/off button for the speaker, meaning we could turn it off, and he could continue playing with the toy without the same sound playing over and over.
The bow is made so that you can actually pull the bow string back, and then power the arrow forward with the force of the bow.
The cons here aren’t really that negative. This isn’t a bow and arrow set to practice archery with, it's clearly a toy. You’re not going to get the distance or accuracy you would with a real archery set, this is more for kiddos chasing each other and playing.
Lastly, I love this set as a part of a costume. Last Halloween we bought my son a plastic Minecraft sword to go with his costume. He and I both agree that this bow and arrow set is a way cooler costume accessory.

Even fun for an 11yo!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This review is based on what my 11y old son says about it. He likes that the bow actually launches the arrow. He says that it is surprisingly really fun but he wishes there was a little more distance on the arrow. That being said, he is a big nerf kid and so this is also right up his alley. It's something I feel comfortable with him using indoors and haven't banished to only outdoor play like many of his nerf things. Despite being 11, he is still into imaginative play a little bit and has kept coming back to this set. I'd probably say it's best for the 7-9 crowd but it has kept his interest.
