Poorly made and very bad UX

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am on my 3rd on of these because my home was built with a custom cabinet that won't fit any other model. The first two had control panels that went out right as the warranty expired (imagine that!) and this one is a 50/50 shot if it will actually heat food.
When I try and use the warranty they send someone out and say that it's fine or come up with some excuse as to why they can't help. When you open the door and place food in, it then gives you a warning that you need to place food in the unit before it can start. After each run, an annoying pop-up shows asking if you want to favorite something and blocks the use/view of the screen.
Save the hassle and skip this one.
Cons: Flimsy Construction, Unstable, Hard To Use
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
