Nice looking

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been using my new Jennair microwave for about a month. It looks great and has nice features but there is a problem with the door which elicits an error code. I have to hold the door closed when I start it. The repairman doesn’t have a fix for this. My sister has the same model with the same issue.
Pros: Convenient, Attractive Design, Easy To Use
Cons: Flimsy Construction

Disapointed in Build Qulity

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This appliance came along with the new home purchase 3 or so weeks ago. The microwave will not start unless the right hand side of the door is pushed in. The reason is a bad fit between the door and the right side deadman or contact switch for the unit. It didn't take much to figure out the problem was the door being loose and and a bad fit. So a tech looked at the unit and had to order a new door for the unit. It will take a (2) tech team to pull the unit out of the wall, remove and replace the door, whenever the part arrives that is! A second day of waiting for repairs on a product that should have left the factory trouble free. Additionally very disappointing for a supposed premium product, when I learned that this is a common and redundant problem with this particular appliance.

Cons: Flimsy Construction
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our first microwave the door eventually wouldn’t close. Once replaced, the new microwave, the light bulb didn’t work and the settings would not change for keypad verses scroll. I’m still waiting on a technician to come service it.
Pros: Attractive Design
Cons: Unstable

A bit finicky but overall nice product

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Learned the hard way, you actually 'have to' let the microwave door slam shut or it thinks it's still open and won't operate. I've already had one warranty repair visit in less than 3 months to learn that lesson. So now I don't close the door gently like you want to. It needs to feel a hard shut in order to operate. Strange.
