[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this item a couple of months ago and the first one didn't work. Something about the door spring. It was replaced and this one has a similar door issue not as severe and it won't go to the digital screen My kitchen is all Jenn Aire so I felt stuck into replacing the 10 year old one with the same manufacturer so the stainless steel matched. Poor quality
Pros: Attractive Design
Cons: Flimsy Construction, Unstable, Hard To Use

Pretty but controls are not efficient

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our old kitchen aid was much better. It was faster and easier to enter the cooking time and power level. This unit looks nice, but it is harder to select the power and time.
Pros: Attractive Design, Quality Construction

Very poor user experience

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The digital pad is poorly designed. You have to scroll for any cook time. So if you want 6 min 45 seconds, you have scroll to 6 min, and it often takes several tries to land on 6. Then the same for 45 seconds. It take a long time to set the cook time. And there's no quick 1 min button. There's a 30 second ADD but you still have to press START. You also have to power it on every time you use it. That adds time to your usage. Finally, the buttons are so far apart across the front panel that you see finger prints all across the front. Looks bad.
Cons: Hard To Use
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had my original microwave fix so many times and a brand new house that Jenni replaced the microwave and I had it fixed after it was replaced so I’m very dissatisfied with this product given the price.
