Disappointed with Jenn Air

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had high hopes for this Jenn-Air microwave, but it fell short. The installation was a headache, the turntable quickly became noisy, and customer service was unhelpful and slow to respond. Overall, I can't recommend this product—look for a more reliable option.
Cons: Unstable, Difficult To Clean

Initially didn't work

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was a new install in a new house and a part was broken so it didn't work. After 2 weeks it was repaired and it seems to work well. I do wish someone could have provided a little education on using the convection oven and all it's bits and pieces.

Very similar to JMC2430SW purchased in 2010

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We replaced our JMC2430SW after 13 years. Th JMC2430LL has a new screen layout. The functions are the same. Somewhat disappointed that they have not added any new cooking functions in 13 years. I was hoping for air frying.
It was expensive. The good thing, it fit into the cabinet.
Pros: Easy To Use
Cons: Difficult To Clean

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our microwave stopped working after 10 days and ultimately needed to be replaced with a new unit after three repair visits and two, new motherboards failed to restore its functionality. The microwave looks nice and has a number of useful settings. Time will tell if our feelings about having it will improve.

where's the air fry option?
