Great features, but poor user controls

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The microwave looks very refined and stylish, has a huge variety of cooking options. The grilling and convection options are also very handy if you need to warm up something smaller and do not need to use the big oven.
The biggest hurdle also mentioned by many others is the very poor user interface design which makes a full-time job out of a rather simple task of firing up an over for 45 sec, for example. The system forces you through multple wheels of options that require scrolling, and that scrolling drags and stumbles both because of screen sensitivity and because of the slow processor not keeping up with the graphics as one would expect. Totally unneeded complexity.
I end up using the only permanent button called "Add 30 sec" and babysitting the oven if I need to manually stop it in the middle of the cycle.

Not good enough for price

1. Does not warm enough and not even. One side heats up more than the other
2. Door needs to be pushed 2 times to close properly
