I had always wanted a smaller version of my full size Cuisinart. I never made the effort to buy it until December when I bought one for a secret Santa gift exchange. Once the gift was opened it was stolen twice. That's when I realized how much everyone uses these Cuisinart prep. machines. Now own one and am also happy with the Cuisinart quality and finish.
