Problem with app and timer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The second day I had this oven the clock didn't show up on the display. There was and hour glass and an image showing a plug and red icon and nothing on the display worked. Nothing in the manual about it so after searching the internet for a while I finally found one article that said it could be updating. Well that is what it was doing and while updating everything is locked out. I had installed the app with my phone and to do this it connects with wi-fi. First of all instead of having weird symbols on the display it should just say updating firmware. Needless to say it was just easier to uninstall the app. I can't believe there was nothing in the manual describing this function. Also when you set the timer there is no way to pause it (for like taking out food to turn it and then placing it back in). Other than that the oven works fine.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This replaced a 24 in whirlpool wall oven and it's a great deal smaller. Used the bottom fillers that came with it and still had to buy something to fill in the gap at the top. A standard Cookie sheet pushes up against the door when closed and it will never connect to the whirlpool app. Disappointed for a 2 grand plus appliance
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Not all works

Great features

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Oven looks great and works great. However, the oven needed to sit on a solid surface in order to raise it up by using the brackets included. There is a gap at the top as I am waiting for my contractor to make a solid surface under the oven. Also need a Junction Box. The previous oven sat on a frame of wood. When oven can be raised, then the extra stainless steel panel can be added to complete the look. Oven is functional without all this, just needs to look better!
