No so easy...

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the first time I have given a dissatisfaction review. The product looks great and comes with everything you need including an adapter for the C cable if your current equipment doesn't have it. The instructions are super explained so having mounted other smart pense thermostats was an easy task. It was impossible for me to make my thermostat work since at the time of configuring it reached the step of connecting to the Wi-Fi ... but it did not go from there, it did not connect to the house in the app and it no longer let me do anything and it was running it needs to be in the app to be able to control it. I wasted all day trying to connect, even checking my times that the Wi-Fi connection was necessary and if it is. I gave up after long hours, being a new product what I got on the Internet was the same as what was in the instructions and that they came from the company. The frustration was great and I had to go on a trip so I will wait a bit to see if the people or the company will put more things that help in the process. Vulvo and I comment the product is visibly spectacular but in my case until now I could not put it to work.

Really nice thermostat

I got one room temperature sensor with the thermostat. Luckily my furnace is fairly new so it's set up for a couple different zones. I installed the temp sensor in an area of the house that's always cold during the winter. The new thermostat let's me program a warmer temp for the cold area in my house. Now the whole house stays much closer to the same temperature. Very well made products that are super easy to install.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This sensor is just what I needed! I’m so happy I can control the temperature in my room now since my room is the hottest room once the heater is turned on. I’m impressed and happy! I would buy a few more.

Good Device But Complicated Install

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This device is a nice method of controlling the environment but installing it was not easy. I had to get help from someone who is far more tech savy then I am, but I have average knowledge at best. Therefore, for those who are better at installing things like this, you may give it a higher rating. So far it seems to work. The temps have been very mild lately so eager to see how it will react when the weather gets crazier. Looking forward to seeing more features after it has been in use for a longer time.
