[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this knife by Ninja! This knife is super sharp. and I even used it on semi frozen food, and the Santoku Knife by Ninja sliced right thru it. Definitely looking forward to using this knife! Expect nothing but the best from NINJA while usingbthisnknife!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Seems like a very solid, and sharp, knife from a great brand. The only problem I have is I don't have the "sharpener" and to take full advantage of the Ninja NeverDull Knives/system you need that. But it's a knife that is built well and sharp out of the package.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Ninja knife is sharp as advertised and very well balanced. I already have two santokus, a Shun and a Henckle, but this is now my favorite. I have only used it a couple weeks so I don’t know how the edge will hold, but so far slicing through tomatoes is almost effortless. I can cut super thin slices.

It is a good size, I tend to not like using the standard chef size knifes but I also don’t like when it’s to small of a knife also. It’s light weight, which I also really like. And this one seems to really stay sharp much longer than any other knife I’ve ever had. I’ve really come to like all the ninja products and find they are well worth getting!

I generally prefer Santoku type knives compared to chef type for the thinner blade that allows for thinner slicing of foods. Easy to handle weight and comfortable handle. Meats slices easily, minces garlic well and perfect for chopping veggies for stir fry. Gray sharp multi purpose knife, love it!
