[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am in love with this knife. It's super sharp and not heavy at all. It's made out of good material and no plastic like handle. I use this knife to cut everything. This is by far the best knife I have ever had.

Sharp Right out of the Box

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My favorite kind of knife is a Santoku knife. It is important to note, however, that not all Santoku knives are created equal. This knife is sharp right out of the box. It has grooves on the side to prevent food from sticking to the knife while cutting. It is very common for this feature; however, not all Santoku knives will have it. The knife is all the way through the handle. This is important as it strengthens the knife from separating from its handle which creates wobbling, which is not safe at all. The first time I used this knife, I cut potatoes, and it made the job a wiz.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My Ninja™ Foodi™ NeverDull™ System Premium 7" Santoku Knife is by far the sharpest knife that I own! It cuts through meat with little effort. The knife is nicely balanced in my hand and is very easy to control. I will definitely be using this as my main knife when I food prep.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my Ninja santoku knife. I chop a lot of onions, garlic and veggies and it does a great job. It is heavy but in a good way. It feels comfortable in my hand and seems very well made. Even my husband used it and was impressed. I was just surprised it says to hand wash and not to put it in the dishwasher.

It seems sharp enough to cut through all meat and my sushi wraps. These are things I eat often. It also has a very sturdy, reliable handle that I think will last a very long time.
